Ok I figured since Karen

By the way Karen you have no idea how much I had to dig to find these oldies!


You know you were a child of the 80's when..........

you had a metal swing set in your back yard
that when you swung too high on the swing it almost tipped over
because no one thought to make sure it was stable.

You had an ET shirt or some kind of ET covered something

you had to hope that someone in your family could get a Cabbage Patch doll for you
because they were so hard to find.
You may have even settled for a fake until you could get a real one.

And who could possible forget
Strawberry Shortcake!!

if you ever had a stone washed denim jacket

Side pony tails, big bows, and big glasses!
Everything as big as possible!

Flouresecent clothes!!!
Yikes!

I have met and made friends from all over the world just by
sitting at my desk reading email.
One of those sweet sisters has started
Chemo treatments for
Non Hodgkins lymphoma.
I made this desktop for her but I wanted to share it with
anyone else who wants it.
The lime green ribbon is the support ribbon for
her cause.
Please if you would like to use this desktop
as a reminder to keep her in your prayers
I know she would appreciate it.

I recently scanned a bunch of old pictures for Tod and I have
been meaning to do this post for a while now, so here goes......

You know you grew up in the 80s when......

you wore tube socks with your short shorts.

your dad wore black dress socks with his short shorts.

you practiced your totally awesome break dancing moves in the driveway.

while wearing parachute pants!

you were Yoda (or any other star wars character for that matter)
for halloween.
